Location: Greater London
1st Formations in the UK is seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive to set new clients up for success from day one. You’ll run structured welcome calls, explain our services, and outline their key obligations in plain language.
This is a client-facing role: you’ll build rapport with startup founders via video calls, guide them through our accounting tools such as Xero, and coordinate handovers with the service teams. Hybrid working and clear progression await.
