Job Description:We are now looking to further recruit colleagues to join our skilled Sales Team to support our airport operation based at Heathrow Airport. If you are looking to work in an environment where no day is the same and you can make a difference then we would love to work with you.
Ideal candidates will have excellent Customer Service experience in the Travel and/or Aviation industry. Preference will be given to applicants with Troya, Quickres, Airline ticketing/reservation system knowledge and or experience of working in Travel sales.
You will be located at Heathrow Airport and the required to work shifts (Please only apply if you are able to easily commute).
We offer competitive rates of pay (based on experience).
Responsibilities:- Create solutions for passengers that have missed their flight
- Booking all travel products including but not limited to; flights, excess baggage, refunds, upgrades , ground transportation and visa's.
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times and contribute positively to the passenger experience.
- Meeting company targets
- Dealing with customers face to face at Heathrow Terminal desks.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector preferred.
- Knowledge of Troya, Quickres reservation system and previous Airline ticketing experience is a must
- Geographical knowledge
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Languages good spoken English. Turkish is beneficial but not essential
- Self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and enjoys variety
- Takes ownership, with a desire to make a difference
- Mature and a professional attitude
Applicants will be required to work shifts at Heathrow Airport within our opening hours of 04:30-21:30 daily. Shifts allocated over 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a shift pattern.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per year plus benefits

8-hour shift
