Santander UK is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor at the Ealing Branch in London. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and supporting customers by phone.
The role is 35 hours per week, on a rota from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, in a busy, multi-skilled branch where teamwork and flexible problem solving are valued.
