Location: Greater London
Confidential is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to support customers through their EV charging journey in a hybrid Covent Garden role. The position is full-time, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, starting ASAP.
You will become a product expert, resolve queries, and collaborate with Technical Support to ensure smooth installations. This temporary 3-month+ role requires strong English communication, experience in customer support, and a proven KPI track record.
