Monday Friday 9am6pm Office Based

Were delighted to be working with a well-established residential property business to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join their friendly and professional team based in Clerkenwell.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Whether you already have experience within residential property or youve built a successful customer service career in another busy sector my client would love to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for residents and customers youll be responsible for delivering a professional friendly and efficient service via both telephone and email. Youll play a key role in ensuring enquiries are resolved quickly while providing a positive experience at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to tenancy and maintenance enquiries.
• Managing customer queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
• Booking surveys and check-outs for residents moving home.
• Supporting the Lettings Tenancy Management and Property Management teams.
• Arranging property viewings for prospective residents.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the process and delivering excellent service from start to finish.

No two days are the same making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and building relationships with customers.

• Organised proactive and able to manage a busy workload.

Previous experience within residential property lettings housing or property management would be advantageous but it isnt essential. Candidates from other customer-focused environments who can demonstrate outstanding service skills are encouraged to apply.
