What You'll Be Doing As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements. Booking service appointments and managing workshop schedules. Providing accurate estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. Preparing invoices and processing customer payments. Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems. Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Reception, or Automotive role. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A proactive and customer-focused approach. Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment. Good IT skills and experience using CRM or booking systems.
