Customer Service Advisor

REED Business Support is working with a well established organisation in Newcastle upon Tyne, supporting them with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor on a full time and permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for parts enquiries via phone, email and occasional face to face interactions. Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to delivery. Prepare and issue quotations and process customer orders. Keep customers informed of order progress, lead times and any delays. Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and delivery schedules. Support service and workshop teams with parts requirements, including urgent breakdown requests.

Maintain accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central. Resolve customer queries, shortages and delivery issues professionally. Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service. About You Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, account support or service coordination. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Experience using CRM or ERP systems. Able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively. Willingness to learn a technical product range. Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday – 8:30am – 3:30pm Please note, that this role is fully office based.
