The Role As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment while maintaining the high standards expected within a premium residential development.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting residents, guests and visitors Managing the reception and front-of-house area Handling resident requests and enquiries professionally Managing deliveries, parcels and courier collections Coordinating contractors, visitors and appointments Monitoring access and maintaining building security procedures Providing exceptional customer service at all times Assisting with resident events and development activities Liaising with building management and other on-site teams Maintaining accurate logs and handover information About You We are looking for candidates who are:
Immaculately presented and confident Warm, discreet and naturally service-focused Excellent communicators with a professional manner Reliable, punctual and highly organised Comfortable working with high-net-worth residents and VIP guests Experienced in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge, property or premium customer service Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous experience within luxury residential, five-star hospitality or premium front-of-house environments is highly desirable.
