Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs Liaising effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery Preparing quotations and discussing repairs, estimates, and work required with customers Managing customer appointments, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure satisfaction Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions Ensuring high levels of customer communication and professionalism at all times Requirements of a Service Advisor:
