As the face of the business, you'll deliver a five-star experience to tenants and visitors, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and memorable.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties
Providing exceptional customer service to tenants
Handling calls, post, deliveries, and access passes
Supporting office and facilities requests
Maintaining high standards across the building
Assisting with administration and client onboarding

What we're looking for:

A confident and friendly communicator who loves working with people
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or concierge-style roles is highly desirable
You do not need previous reception or front-of-house experience. We're looking for individuals with the right attitude, professionalism, and service mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get stuck in
Someone who enjoys building relationships and going the extra mile for clients and visitors
