As a Customer Service Assistant
, you will:
- Operate and manage a skilled games kiosk in a high-energy, festive environment
- Engage with guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event
- Handle transactions and prize distribution with confidence and cheer
What we’re looking for:
- Outgoing, customer-focused individuals with a flair for entertainment
- A passion for hospitality and creating joyful moments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor winter setting
- Ability to handle both cash and card transactions
- Clear communication skills
