Key Responsibilities
- Workforaleading Japaneselogisticscompanyasa Relocation Site Team Leader ,withthepotentialtoprogressintoamanagementrole.
- Carryoutpackingandpreparationworkforinternationalrelocations.
- Guidecustomersthroughcustoms-relateddocumentationandprocedures.
- Providecustomerswithinformationandsupportthroughouttherelocationprocess.
- Supervise,guide,andmanageon-sitemovingstaff.
- Monitorworkprogressandcoordinatewithteammemberstoensuresmoothoperations.
- Handleothergeneraldutiesrelatedtointernationalrelocationservices.
- Conversationallevelof English.
- Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithcustomersandon-sitestaff.
- Physicallyfitandcomfortablewithhands-on,physicallydemandingwork.
- Responsible,reliable,andabletotakeownershipoftasks.
- Abletoleadandsupportateamandprovideguidancetostaff.
- Candidateswithoutpreviousrelocationexperiencewillalsobeconsiderediftheydemonstratestrongpotentialandawillingnesstolearn.
- AvalidUKorJapanesedrivinglicence(automaticlicenceacceptable)–not essential.
- Previousexperienceinremovals,relocation,orotheron-sitework.
- Experienceinlogistics,warehousing,delivery,orsimilaroperationalenvironments.
- Previousexperiencesupervisingormanagingstaff.
- Astronginterestindevelopingacareerinmanagement.
