We are currently recruiting for a Resident Services Associate to join a prestigious high-end luxury co-living development in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced front-of-house professional looking to build a long-term career within the luxury residential sector.

Working as a key member of the on-site team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.

You will be a highly visible and approachable presence on site, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards expected within a premium residential environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Deliver a professional, personable, and solutions-focused resident experience.
  • Manage resident enquiries, requests, check-ins, check-outs, and day-to-day issues.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and create a welcoming, community-focused environment.
  • Monitor the building throughout your shift and maintain high standards of presentation and operation.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and building-related issues.
  • Support and monitor Health & Safety, fire safety, and building safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, records, and handover documentation.
  • Manage parcels, keys, access control, and associated records.
  • Support move-ins, resident onboarding, renewals, and system updates.
  • Ensure effective communication and comprehensive handovers between shifts.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, maintenance teams, and wider front-of-house operation.
  • Escalate any significant operational, safety, or resident-related matters promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the resident experience.
  • Maintain consistently high standards across the development.
About You

We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience and is comfortable working in a premium, resident-focused environment.

You will ideally have:
  • Previous experience within co-living, build-to-rent (BTR), student accommodation, or high-end luxury residential environments.
  • A strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to work independently and take ownership of situations.
  • An understanding of building operations, Health & Safety, and incident management.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they escape.
  • A professional presentation and a genuine passion for providing a high-quality service.
