About Qube

The Qube is the world's first members' studio for content creators. Merging a meaningful community of a members' club with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a co- working space

Our curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, youtubers, artists, photographers and creative entrepreneurs share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.

With four London sites open, home to a thriving community of hundreds of professional creators across the creative disciplines, we’re now growing quickly to multiple exciting new venues. Our newest and most ambitious site opens in Shoreditch in 2026.

The Role

As Community Manager at Qube Shoreditch, you will be the day-to-day, front-facing point of contact for members and workspace clients, supporting the General Manager in keeping the site running smoothly and members well looked after.

This is a hands-on role focused on member experience, communications and onboarding, and you'll also be the person manning reception, so you're genuinely the first face members and guests see when they walk in. It sits alongside a dedicated Studio Manager, who owns studio standards and equipment, so this role is about the people side of the building: welcoming members, resolving day-to-day queries, and making sure everyone gets a great experience from their first tour onward.

You’ll report directly to the General Manager and act as an extra pair of hands and eyes on site, flagging issues early and helping keep operations consistent.

Key Responsibilities Member & Workspace Client Experience
  • Be a visible, friendly and proactive presence on-site, making sure members and workspace clients feel welcomed, supported and valued.
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day member queries, resolving what you can and looping in the General Manager for anything that needs escalating.
  • Build relationships with workspace and flex members specifically, checking in regularly and understanding what they need from their studio membership.
  • Man reception and the front desk during your shift, welcoming members and guests and handling front of house duties as the first point of contact on-site.
  • Sometimes act as host for community events, and be friendly point of contact for wider Qube members
Member Communications & Onboarding
  • Manage and respond to help desk and hello inbox queries relating to access, facilities, member support and general enquiries.
  • Own the onboarding journey for new members: welcome communications, app setup, and getting people confident using the space and their membership.
  • Ad-hoc run membership tours for prospective and new members on behalf of the sales team.
  • Keep members informed of site updates, events and any changes to how the space runs.
Site Support
  • Support the General Manager with daily opening or closing procedures, checks and general readiness of communal spaces, depending on your shift.
  • Uphold presentation and site standards ensuring that the space is always looking at its best.
  • Notice when something's not right, whether that's a facilities issue, a member concern or a process breaking down, and flag it before it becomes a bigger problem.
  • Help the General Manager track day-to-day site performance and member feedback.
  • Work alongside the Studio Manager and other on-site teams to keep the member experience consistent across the whole building.
  • Keep an eye on cleanliness, safety and presentation across communal and back-of-house areas, reporting anything that needs attention.
  • Log facilities and maintenance issues as they come up and follow through to make sure they're resolved.
  • Understand and follow health and safety procedures, reporting risks or incidents to the…
