Aftersales customer services agent
Required for this well known travel company based in North London. They are looking for a experienced travel person ideally with GDS knowledge to work in this busy aftersales team. They will pay up to £28,0000 + up to £5,000 comm and benefits.
Aftersales customer service agents duties- To answer all calls in a courteous and professional manner within the departmental standards.
- To deal with all telephone and email queries post reservation and general queries.
- To amend or cancel reservations as a result of incoming enquiries. To include amending dates, upgrading tickets, route changes, name changes, refunds and seat/meal requests
- To amend hotel, car hire and transfer reservations
- To action ETA’s (visa’s), API’s, Mobility Forms within set time frames
- To work to set targets and ensure efficient customer care handling.
- Ability to make decisions in a pressurised environment.
- Computer Literate – to be able to use a variety of applications
- GDS(galileo),Outlook and possibly word/excel.
- Travel industry experience is a must with in a sales , customer service or administration team.
- Ideally GDS trained, galileo would be a major advantage
- One in three Saturdays with a day off during the week
