Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator

Student Cribs is the UK’s largest non-PBSA owner-operator, managing over 5300 beds across 24 university cities. PE-backed and growing, we are now expanding into professional lettings — targeting working professionals and key workers seeking high-quality accommodation.
The RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Assistants to support our Customer Service and Tenancy teams during our busy lettings and handover seasons. This is a temporary, fixed-term position based at our London office, running in summer 2026 from May through to September, and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in the lettings and property industry.
In this role, you will support the Lettings & Management teams, who are responsible for letting our student properties, contracting tenants, and ensuring our current tenants have an excellent living experience.
- Handling inbound calls, Live Chat messages, and email enquiries.
- Calling leads, booking viewings, and following up with prospective tenants.
- Managing daily calendars and organising the viewing process.
- Logging maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors.
- Travelling to cities for viewings, inspections, check-ins/check-outs, and occasional marketing support.
- Reviewing and generating tenancy contracts and assisting tenants with contract and payment queries.
- Supporting the check-in and check-out process to ensure a smooth tenant experience.
- Using internal systems to manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Confident communicator, both verbally and over the phone
- Quick learner
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic and willing to get involved
- Customer service experience (desirable, but not essential)
- Fixed-Term Contract – minimum of 3 months.
- Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm with occasional weekend working
