Your New
Job Title:
Customer Order Coordinator Your New Salary: £14.42 p/h
Working hours:
9am - 6pm Monday
- Friday with one hour for lunch Duration: 3-4 months temporary role

Historic wine merchant. Customer Order Coordinator
- What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Processing orders received from customers directly or via the Sales Team in an accurate and timely manner Processing customer call off requests Dealing with customer service queries Releasing website orders Updating customer price lists Take ownership and document customer complaints Processing orders to the agreed daily Warehouse Partner cut off times Arranging collections (returned wines) Processing invoices Investigating and processing credit notes Supporting the Sales Team General administrative work Customer Order Coordinator
- The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Customer order management experience AX experience Data inputting experience necessary Excellent communication skills Diplomacy and confidentiality Teamwork vital Numeric Attention to detail Willingness to take on a variety of tasks Must show initiative and a sense of responsibility Genuine interest in the wine trade and enthusiasm for learning. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
