German and Hebrew Speaking Account Coordinator

An internationally renowned company is seeking an Account Coordinator with German and Hebrew language skills to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Utilising your English, German and Hebrew language skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service at all times ensuring sales opportunities are maximised through various communication channels. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction Providing exceptional support via phone and email in the German and Hebrew language Assisting with customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and positive approach Maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer interactions are well-documented The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working within a customer service role, you will possess excellent communication skills and be an excellent team player.
