This is a unique opportunity that requires someone who is equally comfortable delivering a 5-star front-of-house experience one moment and rolling up their sleeves to undertake practical estate duties the next. From welcoming residents and visitors, maintaining the security of the building and providing exceptional customer service, to putting out the wheelie bins, carrying out spot checks and cleaning up spillages and assisting with the day-to-day upkeep of the property, no two days are the same.

The Day Concierge will be based at one of London’s newest luxury boutique residences situated in St John’s Wood.

This role offers the opportunity to provide a highly personalised concierge service while taking pride in the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the building. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the residential concierge and luxury hospitality sector, excellent IT and computer literacy, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, immaculate personal presentation and a reputation for being punctual, reliable, respectful and engaging
