Housing Officer, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established Housing provider in West London to recruit an experienced Housing Officer for an ongoing part-time opportunity.

This is a fantastic role for a housing professional who enjoys being visible within their community, building strong resident relationships and delivering a high-quality housing management service. Working directly from the offices and estates, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive an excellent service and that neighbourhoods remain safe, well-maintained and welcoming places to live.

Managing tenancy and neighbourhood-related matters across a designated patch.
Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections.
Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
Supporting residents to sustain successful tenancies.
Working closely with residents, contractors and partner agencies.
Responding to resident enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitoring estate standards and helping drive improvements across the community.
Identifying safeguarding concerns and making appropriate referrals where necessary.
