Customer Service Advisor- Fashion

We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team our client, a fabulous fashion organisation are seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquires and queries.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Placing telephone mail orders for customers Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat Looking up stock for customer requests Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders Knowledge of all product lines To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS 4-month contract 37.5 hours per week £13.85 per hour 4 days in the office / 1 day from home Monday - Friday  1 weekend in every 3 (weekends are remote) Shift patterns: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM South East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE If you are interested in Fashion and are looking for an opportunity to work with an exciting and reputable brand, now is your chance!
