Salary: £13.02 per hour, paid fortnightly
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday with shifts between 7am - 11pm 6 weeks rolling shifts within these times Contract Type:

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
Monitor and assess financial crime risks in line with established procedures Gather, monitor and analyse fraud trends using internal systems and prevention models Identify suspicious activity and escalate concerns to senior colleagues Review and consolidate information to produce accurate and timely regulatory reports Follow compliance processes and report any potential issues Collect, prepare and input data into spreadsheets and standard reporting formats Support improvements and change-management tasks using established procedures Complete routine policy-related activities and support ongoing investigations Respond to internal and external communications, providing information or directing requests appropriately Handle customer enquiries and more complex cases where required Maintain accurate records and support the organisation in meeting regulatory requirements Complete relevant training to continually develop your knowledge and capabilities Key Skills and
Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills Confidence working with data, systems and established procedures A strong awareness of compliance and the importance of protecting sensitive information Excellent written and verbal communication skills A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A willingness to learn and develop within financial crime prevention Previous experience in financial services, fraud prevention, compliance or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
