Part Time Front of House Property Admin

£15,250

About the company

operates in the residential property sector, helping renters make a home. It provides ready-to-move-in accommodation, straightforward tenancy management and an in-house team available to support residents. Its service brings together the day-to-day needs of renting and living in a managed building, from resident enquiries to building operations and shared amenities.

What the job entails

As a part-time Front of House team member, you will be a visible point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, helping to ensure they receive courteous, helpful service and that the building remains secure, safe and well maintained. The role is based on site in London, working 6pm to midnight on a four-days-on, four-days-off rota.

You will handle resident and visitor enquiries, sign visitors and contractors in, manage parcel and key processes, and maintain accurate shift handovers and records. Regular patrols will cover communal areas, amenities, external grounds and plant rooms; you will identify and report maintenance, cleanliness and safety issues, and coordinate minor repairs and contractor attendance. You will also monitor CCTV and access control, support resident inductions and viewings, keep notices current, and help ensure shared spaces are operating as intended.

The role includes following site procedures, protecting resident confidentiality and escalating incidents or complaints to management.

What we look for

* Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Organised, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a varied role.

* Practical problem-solving skills, integrity and a commitment to equality, diversity and mutual respect.
