An Excellent opportunity to join our client based in Pershore, Worcestershire that supply an exciting product to businesses including high level customers. They are currently seeking a temporary Warehouse Customer Service Administrator to start immediately and support the team in processing a high volume of orders in the run-up to Christmas.
Duties- Providing general operational support, including order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Processing returns.
- Placing corporate orders and liaising with corporate clients.
- Handling Customer service queries via phone, email, and live chat functions.
- Producing quotations and advising customers on products the suit.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Investigating and resolving delivery queries.
To apply for this role, you must have strong communication skills, good mathematical ability for order calculations, and confidence using computerised systems. The ideal candidate will be flexible in adapting to changing workloads and can record information accurately and concisely.
HoursMonday – Friday – 8:30am – 5.30pm + weekend working from the end of November – December.
Salary -£12.71ph
