- Be the face of IMPRESS, delivering a world‑class experience for every patient.
- Determine suitable treatment plans and explain them to patients.
- Examine medical records, take 3D scans, coordinate fixed‑brace treatments if required.
- Make follow‑up visits, IPRs, put engagers and deliver aligner treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and prescribe medication when necessary.
- Deal with escalated cases: influencers, kids, teenagers, complex cases, and those requiring metal braces.
- Help hire and train other IMPRESS orthodontists/dentists and staff.
- Review diagnoses, treatment plans and give feedback on complex cases.
- Uphold clinical standards and ensure patient safety.
- Improve procedures, implement best practices and drive KPI achievement.
- Lead protocols, training and medical processes; collaborate with other countries.
- Launch new product lines at IMPRESS.
- Be obsessed with NPS, quality, conversions and a great patient experience.
- Participate in advertising videos, social media events, TV events and conferences.
- Valid GDC registration number (enrolled in Specialist Orthodontic List).
- County/Shire licence and malpractice insurance.
- Proven experience in the digital orthodontic sector.
- Compliance with all dental and healthcare laws.
- Calm and professional manner with patients.
- Strong computer skills with healthcare applications.
