Job Summary

We are recruiting a GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse to join our Dental Team at Barts Health NHS Trust. The role will be based at the Royal London Dental Hospital in Whitechapel, working across the Special Care team and supporting the Restorative Department.

• Provide safe, compassionate dental care across the Special Care team, including conscious sedation.
• Assist dental teams in the delivery of restorative and general dental services.
• Support the effective operation of the dental institute and outreach facilities.
• Maintain excellent infection prevention and control standards.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and use initiative where required.

• GDC Registration and a recognised dental nursing qualification.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Post Certificate Qualification in Conscious Sedation Dental Nursing (required).
• Experience as a qualified Dental Nurse; experience within a dental hospital or community setting is desirable.
• Experience working within Special Care or community dental services preferred.

Salary: £31,944 to £34,937 per annum.
