About

The Role

Working in our Pro Bono team offers a unique opportunity that many other healthcare communications agencies don't provide – delivering services free of charge to charities and not‑for‑profit organisations. In 2024 alone, we contributed 2,554 days of support to a range of health‑focused non‑profit organisations, and we are on track to exceed that in 2025.

As a Pro Bono Analyst you will support projects in health economics, literature reviews, medical writing, publications, medical education, and design materials, while working across commercial and pro‑bono projects with colleagues in all our service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating materials for different audiences – patients, carers, healthcare professionals.
  • Managing multiple projects in different disease areas simultaneously.
  • Supporting commercial projects to gain relevant experience.
  • Working in project teams alongside experienced colleagues.
  • Collaborating with clients, including teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal Pro Bono activities (e.g., business development materials, networking opportunities, monitoring of pro‑bono work).
Hybrid Working Policy

After probation (typically first 6 months), you can work from home up to half your time over a two‑week rolling period. During probation you may work from home one day per week.

Why Join Our Pro Bono Team?
  • Dedicated Pro Bono focus – few agencies match our commitment.
  • Variety of projects across global health, rare diseases, mental health, women’s health, oncology, and more.
  • Diverse non‑profit engagement – we supported 62 non‑profits across 83 projects in 2024.
  • The chance to give back every day, driving impactful change with your scientific expertise.
