Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Blackheath

Part-Time Hours - Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Dental Beauty Blackheath. This is a great opportunity to make a difference to the lives of patients in a fast‑paced, rewarding role.

Compensation: £13.00 - £13.50 / hour

Dental Beauty Blackheath is an award‑winning practice located in South East London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately.

There would also be the opportunity for this role to be dual‑site with our sister practice, Dental Beauty Lee, on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a high‑quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
  • Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
  • Ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
  • If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
  • Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
  • Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
