Crescent Lodge Dental Practice is seeking an ambitious and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in the heart of Clapham to work on a Saturday from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician looking to join a highly respected practice with an excellent reputation for patient care, modern facilities and a collaborative clinical culture. With an established patient list, significant demand for Saturday appointments and a continual influx of new patients, you'll have the opportunity to build a productive and rewarding diary from the outset.

Our eight‑surgery practice combines cutting‑edge technology with a genuinely supportive team environment, enabling clinicians to deliver exceptional standards of care while continuing to develop professionally.

You’ll become part of an experienced multidisciplinary team comprising 16 dentists, 6 hygienists, qualified dental nurses and a dedicated treatment coordinator, all committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Collaboration is central to the way we work. Clinicians are encouraged to share knowledge, discuss cases and refer internally across a range of disciplines, allowing patients to benefit from comprehensive care under one roof.

We are looking for a confident clinician with experience in general dentistry. You’ll inherit an existing list of loyal private and plan patients while also benefiting from a high volume of emergency appointments and new patient enquiries. With approximately 150–170 new patients joining the practice every month, Saturday appointments remain one of our busiest and most sought‑after clinics.

This consistent demand provides an excellent opportunity to establish a busy diary quickly. A special interest is welcomed, although not essential, as our experienced team already includes clinicians with expertise in endodontics, orthodontics and periodontics, allowing seamless internal referrals where appropriate.

In addition to private treatment income, associates receive a proportion of monthly plan fees for the plan patients they care for, providing a further consistent income stream.
