Part‑Time | Mixed Practice | Chislehurst, Kent | 50% Split

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Specialist Orthodontist to join a well‑established mixed practice in Chislehurst, Kent on a part‑time basis.

The practice is looking to introduce and grow its orthodontic offering, making this an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist who is keen to build a patient base and develop a service with strong internal referral support already in place.

• Once per month initially, with plans to increase sessions as demand grows
• Flexible working pattern – full day or half day sessions available
• Choice of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
• 50% private split
• Happy to wait for the right candidate

This practice has never had a dedicated orthodontist before, meaning there is a genuine opportunity to establish and grow the service from the ground up.

The practice has four to five dentists who each generate around 1–2 orthodontic referrals per month, offering excellent internal referral potential.

The practice is continuing to expand its specialist services and has recently welcomed both a specialist periodontist and specialist endodontist to the team.
