About Us – We are a growing private dental laboratory based near Tower Bridge, London, providing high-quality laboratory services to dental practices. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and personable Dental Laboratory Sales Representative to help expand our client base and develop long‑term relationships with dental professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the dental industry and enjoys combining relationship‑building, networking, and business development.
The RoleThe varied role offers the perfect balance of office‑based sales activity and face‑to‑face relationship building. You will identify new opportunities, connect with dental practices, and introduce them to our laboratory services. Working closely with our team, you will play a key role in driving growth and building strong partnerships with dentists and practice managers.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential dental practice clients
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, practice owners, and practice managers
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients
- Visit dental practices to introduce and promote our laboratory services
- Manage follow‑ups and maintain accurate sales records
- Track daily sales activity and maintain reports using our CRM system (Seazona)
We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, and enjoys building professional relationships.
Essential requirements- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within dentistry
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Confident communicating with dentists and practice managers
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Experience with in a dental laboratory, dental practice, or dental sales environment would be highly advantageous.
Working Pattern- Permanent, part‑time position (3 days per week)
- Any 3 days Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Flexible working arrangements available
- 50% office‑based / 50% field‑based
