Job DescriptionBupa Dental Care Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Coordinator to join our busy, fully private practice in the heart of Canary Wharf.
Working Hours- Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
- Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Please note:
Candidates must have a dental background. Applications from individuals without previous experience in a dental practice environment will not be considered.
Our modern, fully private, 7-surgery practice offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including:
- General Dentistry
- Hygiene Services
- Facial Aesthetics
- Oral Surgery
- Endodontics
- Orthodontics
- Previous experience working within a dental practice is essential
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient pathways
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and patient-focused approach
- Experience managing appointments and patient administration
- Ability to work effectively within a busy private practice environment
- Proficient with dental practice management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Lead the practice team to assist in the provision of dental care services to patients.
- Comply with the Practice Business Plan and assist the manager in its implementation and delivery at the practice.
- Work with the Clinical Team and other internal departments to ensure the practice remains compliant with the General Dental Council and CQC guidelines, to ensure the delivery of first‑class patient care.
- Reception duties as required.
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous administrative experience preferably in a dental or other healthcare environment
- Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Dental nursing experience desirable
