Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we are excited to be opening a search for a Head Dental Nurse/TCO to join our team at a brand-new practice in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area. This is a great opportunity to join us at the very beginning of our journey with a new practice, giving you a chance to establish yourself and grow with the practice.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning dental group, with close to 35 practices offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. This will be a highly varied position, managing a team of exceptional dental nurses, as well as supporting the practice in treatment coordinator responsibilities.

The working hours for the position are as follows:

• Monday-Thursday (9AM-6PM)
• Fridays (9AM-5PM)
• Occasional Saturdays may be required

• Lead our nursing team, to ensure the practice offers the very best patient experience
• Perform high quality dental nursing support in assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
• Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC & Undertaking CPD in line with these guidelines
• Assist with practice managerial duties when required
• To act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team

• Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Dental Nurse, within a private or mixed practice
• GDC Registration is a requirement for this position
• Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic & restorative dental treatment is highly desirable
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service

• Highly competitive hourly rate between £18-£19 is on offer, varying depending on experience & qualifications
• GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered - equivalent to circa £500 per year
