We’relookingfor a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous teamat Harley Street Dental and Implant Clinic in London.

• Full-time hours available
  ,40 hours per week over 5 days, with some Saturday cover needed
• Competitive hourly ratefrom £20p/h
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners,assisting with overall practice growth and management

Please note that as part of your role,you’llbethe Registered Manager for this practice.

• Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background-experience managing a dental practiceor strong leadership experience as aleaddentalnurseisan added bonus,but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioning equipment and facilities, toa compliant, process-driven practice team

• GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs fully covered
