Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist – Fully Private Dental Practice
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)- NO Weekends!
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fully private dental practice in Central London for an experienced and confident Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey. You'll build strong relationships with patients, present treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and support clinicians in a modern private practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and support patients with outstanding customer service
* Present treatment plans and discuss costs confidently
* Build patient relationships and increase treatment acceptance
* Manage enquiries by phone and email
* Book consultations and coordinate clinician diaries
* Follow up outstanding treatment plans
* Process payments and finance applications (where applicable)
* Maintain accurate patient records using SOE
* Work closely with dentists and the wider practice team
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a fully private dental practice
* Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Receptionist with treatment presentation responsibilities
* Excellent knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) – essential
* Outstanding communication and organisational skills
* Professional, confident, and patient-focused
Desirable
* Experience with cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign or implants
* Finance application experience (Tabeo, Chrysalis, Medenta)
* GDC-registered Dental Nurse (advantageous but not essential)
