Role Description

The Dental Nurse will support dentists and specialists in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical care in our London practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during dental procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring effective sterilization and infection control in line with clinical guidelines. The role also involves reassuring and supporting patients throughout their appointments, managing chairside instruments and materials, and helping coordinate appointments and lab work as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London, working closely with the clinical team to uphold the practice’s standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with experience supporting a range of clinical procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control and Decontamination practices, including instrument sterilization and cross-contamination prevention.
  • Experience or interest in Orthodontics and related chairside support.
  • Recognized dental nursing qualification (e.g.,  NEBDN or equivalent ) and registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate professional body (such as the GDC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow clinical protocols and health and safety standards.
  • Previous experience in a modern dental or aesthetic practice is beneficial; ongoing commitment to professional development is encouraged.
