This is a parttime, Associate Dentist role based at Woodford Dental Care in Woodford Green, Essex. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of general dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, restorative procedures, and basic cosmetic treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering clinically sound, evidence-based care, maintaining accurate and compliant patient records, and communicating treatment options clearly to patients.

The role also involves working closely with the dental team, including hygienists, nurses, and reception staff, to ensure efficient appointment flow and a positive patient experience. Participation in clinical audits, adherence to regulatory requirements, and commitment to ongoing professional development are expected.

• Fully qualified Dentist with recognized dental degree and current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
• Demonstrated competence in general dentistry, including diagnostics, preventive care, restorative treatments, and basic cosmetic procedures.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to high clinical standards, infection control protocols, and overall patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, family-run practice, contributing to a respectful and supportive team culture.
