* Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Kingston*
* Part-Time Position - Saturdays 8:45AM-5:15PM*
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us on Saturdays at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Sorabh Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
- Highly competitive hourly rate of between £13-£16 per hour is on offer, varying depending on experience & qualifications
