About the Position:- Full-Time position – Dual Site
- £45,000 annual salary, (D.O.E.)
- Oversee two busy, established NHS and private practices
- Lead recruitment, staff management and daily operational performance
- Manage CQC compliance, clinical audits and practice inspections
- Previous dual-site management and NHS dental experience essential
- Flexible start date available
- Two independently operated practices featuring 8 surgeries combined
- Established patient lists with strong NHS and private demand
- Experienced nurses, Hygienists, Therapists and dedicated Treatment Coordinators
- Supportive and experienced team on-site
- Advanced equipment including CBCT, Trios scanners and digital radiography
