Salary: Up to £35,000 + Package

Established Residential Developer who are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budge whilst maintain a great relationship with all clients and customers.

They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes

• Preparation of full architectural technical packages.
• Creating and updating standard technical details, sections, preferred bathroom and kitchen layouts.
• Planning Condition sign off documents. – Produce material, schedules, site plans and associated documents to accompany applications.
• Site services drawings for submission to utility companies
• NHBC – Keep NHBC portal up to date with latest drawings.
• Site – Print drawing packages ready for site issue and keep in house clip sets up to date along with in house site issue sheets.

• Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
• Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
• Degree qualified or Equivalent
• 3 years minimum experience
• Strong background in preparing architectural residential technical packages (Traditional build)
• Competent user of 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for good CAD presentation and a thorough approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of the relevant building regulations and NHBC standards.
• Own transport would be a benefit but not essential.
