About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer (mid-level) to help shape the experience of our AI-powered platform. You’ll also bring structure and consistency to how we manage and maintain our Figma files and design system.
This is an ideal role for someone organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented – someone who enjoys seeing designs through to implementation and working closely with engineers to ensure every user experience is intuitive and modern.
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience across different industries – not just traditional B2B. This could include consumer apps, games, creative technology, service design, or other digital domains. What matters most is your ability to bring clarity to complexity, communicate your thinking, and work collaboratively to deliver excellent outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Design thoughtful, end-to-end user experiences — from core flows to edge cases, loading and empty states, and error handling that feels intentional.
- Craft and maintain high-quality Figma files and libraries
, keeping them organized, easy to navigate, and always up to date for seamless collaboration. - Partner with engineers throughout the process — from early ideation to final implementation, providing clear specs, interaction guidance, and responsive design states.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand problems, co-create solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback and user insights.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a cohesive visual and interaction language across the platform. - Test and learn with real users
, gathering feedback to refine designs and deliver intuitive, effective experiences.
- 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or Design
- Strong design execution skills with an eye for detail and a focus on completeness.
- Highly organized and confident in managing large Figma files, design components, and shared libraries.
- Collaborative mindset – you enjoy working with engineers, clarifying requirements, and ensuring final builds match design intent.
- Able to clearly explain your design decisions and receive feedback openly.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to fill in the gaps where needed.
- Experience in SaaS, B2C, gaming, creative tools, or other complex digital products.
- Exposure to AI-powered interfaces or data-rich products.
- Familiarity with user research methods or tools (but not required to lead research).
- Previous experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- We are going to work with you – to build a rewarding and fulfilling career with the opportunities, challenges and resources you need to do your best work.
- We succeed together – you will own a meaningful part of the business through our employee shares & equity programme.
- Private health insurance to keep you in tip‑top condition.
- Life Insurance – let's hope nobody ever needs this!
- Unlimited holidays – yes, it really is uncapped – take the time you need, when you need it.
- Everyone is learning, developing and challenging themselves so we have a £1k professional development fund per year if you want to learn new skills, even new things outside of work.
- Most importantly of all, we will work with you, to help you realise your fullest potential, always.
