Senior Interior Designer

Location: Near Borough, London

Working Pattern: Mon–Thurs in studio, Friday WFH

I’m working with a dynamic and fast-growing interior design practice based near Borough that has just secured two fantastic, contrasting projects—ready for you to dive into immediately.

As Lead Interior Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping the look and feel of public and shared spaces across four buildings of best-in-class student accommodation
. You’ll work closely with client teams and consultants, leading both creatively and technically from concept through to delivery.

Spaces include (but aren’t limited to):

• Kitchens & dining areas
• Study and work spaces
• Cinema and relaxation areas
• Spa & wellness facilities

You’ll set the design direction, manage outputs from yourself and the wider Interior Design team, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who is creative, technically strong, and highly structured
.

• Proven experience designing and delivering high-spec amenities within:
• Purpose-built Student Accommodation
• Corporate or commercial environments
• Experience leading projects and managing design output
• Strong technical and detailing ability
• Revit experience beneficial (but not essential)

• Hybrid working:
  Mon–Thurs in studio, Fridays WFH
• Subsidised gym membership
