Role & Responsibilities

Lead the pre-planning stages of low-rise apartment and housing-led schemes
Oversee concept design, feasibility studies, and planning submissions
Coordinate and manage consultant teams and liaise with planning authorities
Provide design leadership and technical guidance across projects
Support and mentor junior architects within the studio
Contribute to project strategy and assist with developing future work opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

ARB registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience
Strong track record delivering residential-led schemes at pre-planning stage
Excellent design and technical capability with sound commercial awareness
Confident leading projects and contributing strategically within a wider team
In-depth knowledge of UK planning processes and housing standards
Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide others
