Salary Range £55,000 - £75,000 Principal Designer – Building Regulations (BSA 2022) London / Sevenoaks (Hybrid) Construction Consultancy | Residential & Higher Risk Buildings Carriera is partnering with a well-respected construction consultancy that is growing its Principal Designer (Building Regulations) offering. We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver Principal Designer services in line with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) across a varied portfolio of residential projects, including Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and client service, as Principal Designer (Building Regulations), you will work with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and private sector clients, delivering Principal Designer services across the design and pre-construction stages.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering Principal Designer (Building Regulations) duties in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 Ensuring design teams are competent and appropriately resourced to discharge their duties Reviewing and monitoring design work to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Building Safety requirements
