💰 £48,000 – £52,000 (flexible for the right person)
A rare opportunity to join a high-end real estate & development company as their in-house Architect, working directly with the Managing Director on luxury residential projects in London and across Europe.
This is a hands‑on, design‑led role with real autonomy, perfect for an architect who wants ownership, influence, and exposure to prestigious projects from day one ✨

The Role
- Deliver high‑end residential projects from concept to completion
- Take ownership of live projects, including site involvement
- Work across architecture and interiors, including bespoke joinery
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on design vision
- 3+ years post‑qualification experience on UK projects
- Confidence running projects across all RIBA stages
- Strong site experience and problem‑solving skills
