,you’lllead the design and delivery of large-scale, mixed-use projects, contributing to impactful global developments in a collaborative environment.

As an Architect, you will serve as a key coordinator in the design and delivery of large-scale, design-led architectural projects. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact global developments within a collaborative, creative, and multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will bringstrong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and exceptional coordination skills across all phases of the architectural process—from concept design to construction documentation.

We are looking for Senior Architects with a passion for detailing, construction and specification.

• Lead the design and coordination of architectural interiors for large-scale, mixed-use global projects.
• Oversee all project stages, with a strong focus on Detail Design and construction package development.
• Direct and collaborate with internal project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions.
• Produce and review technical documentation and detail drawings to meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate material selection,specificationwriting, and integration of design standards.
• Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the design and construction documentation process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (UK or local, depending on project location).
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written English.
• Travel asrequiredto support project delivery and coordination.

• Professionaldegree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years
  of post-qualification
  experience
  in design and architectural coordination roles.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex, mixed-use international projects.
• Strong portfoliodemonstratingexcellence and detailing.
• Experience developing design across all project stages, particularly in detail design and construction documentation.
• Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to develop and resolve construction details.
• Deep understanding of design processes across all RIBA stages or equivalent international frameworks.
• Confident team leadership and project coordination capabilities.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and highlyorganisedapproach.
• Strong senseof accountability and responsibility.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• High levelofproficiencyin English(spoken and written).

• High levelof commitment to design excellence and project quality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Positive,solutions-focused mindset.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel based on project needs.
