Overview

This agency is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Midweight 3D Spatial Designer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand engagement in the public realm with a strong focus on Digital Out of Home (DOOH) and public and commercial brand activations.

The facts

The successful candidate will be creatively driven and commercially aware, with a strong understanding of cultural insights, trends, and emerging technologies shaping the future of advertising. You will support the strategy, spatial planning and design of Advertising & Media networks, developing formats for integration into commercial developments, mixed‑use environments and transportation hubs where impactful brand storytelling is essential. This is a really unique opportunity to work on a broad variety of projects – no two days are ever the same here!

You will work alongside ‘the best’ – in a collaborative, people‑centred and creatively ambitious team.

You’ll be:
  • Designing immersive, three‑dimensional advertising journeys across physical and digital spaces
  • Blending spatial planning with creative storytelling to deliver memorable brand experiences
  • Working across architecture, signage, commercial and media environments
  • Creating 3D models, renders and visualisations to communicate concepts clearly
  • Reviewing architectural plans and assessing site potential
  • Contributing to pitch decks, presentations and client discussions
  • Evaluating audience engagement and supporting revenue model thinking
  • Staying on top of cultural, advertising and technology trends
You’ll have:
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience with AutoCAD for spatial planning and architectural drawing review
  • Proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape or similar 3D modelling and rendering tools
  • Strong storytelling, presentation and project management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and strategic thinking ability
