Your New Role…

Working predominately across CNN’s new Global Perspectives franchise, the Event Executive is to work closely with the Events Team on the production of this high-impact event series that explores global narratives.  This role requires exceptional production skills and a passion for delivering high spec events.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Support the end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, technical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution

Work closely with local editorial teams to ensure their production needs are met

Coordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary of speakers and guests

Coordinate production of branded merchandise and materials

Assist with collating RSVPs and delegate comms

Qualifications & Experience…

Proven experience producing international or culturally diverse events

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Additional languages a plus.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
