Revit Technician (Architectural / Building)
Residential Developer | High-Rise | Temp-to-Perm
Location:
Redbridge – Office Based
Contract:
Temp to Perm, 3-6 months minimum
Rate: £250–£350 per day DOE / £40k–£55k perm equivalent
About the Role
We are seeking a Revit Technician to support the delivery of multi-storey residential developments.
You will be responsible for producing and maintaining coordinated building models and drawings for construction delivery.
Working closely with the technical and site teams, you will develop detailed building information models from design through to construction and as-built stage.
This is a long-term opportunity with a residential contractor delivering high-rise schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and maintain architectural Revit models
* Develop apartment layouts, cores and building packages
* Produce GA drawings, sections and construction details
* Update models in line with design and site changes
* Issue working drawings for construction teams
* Coordinate architectural information with consultants
* Assist with builder’s work and setting-out information
* Maintain drawing registers and revision control
* Support as-built model production
Required Experience
* 2+ years’ Revit experience (architectural/building projects)
* Experience working on residential or high-rise developments
* Strong knowledge of construction drawings
* Able to interpret architectural and structural information
* Good understanding of building construction methods
* Comfortable working in a contractor environment
