What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Product Designer to craft and deliver outstanding user experiences. You’ll be taking our product ideas from initial concept and feature scoping through to polished, final designs, and you’ll be joining us at the most exciting possible time.

You’ll be joining us at an incredibly exciting time, just as things are starting to take off! We're a Series A company having raised $25m from Accel, Point Nine, First Round, and 50+ renowned founders and industry experts. We’ve built an incredible & passionate team — every member was a top performer at their previous business - and our CEO, CCO & CFO went on a similar journey with Tessian, going from $0-30m ARR / $8-$500m valuation, and from pre-seed to Series C (Sequoia, Accel, etc.).

We've spent the past 18 months building & deploying our platform to many of the greatest tech companies out there (Lookout, McAfee, Onfido, Typeform, Proofpoint, etc.), all whilst managing to stay lean & operate efficiently.

What Can You Expect?

Shape The User Experience

• Customer-Centric Design:
  You’ll work closely with our Product, Sales and Customer teams to understand our users’ needs and pain points, often participating in customer calls to gain firsthand insights. This will help you create designs that not only delight users but also drive commercial success.
• User-Centered Design:
  You will quickly develop a deep understanding of our platform and our users, allowing you to make informed design decisions that prioritise ease of use, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. You’ll also contribute to our design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product.

• Design Scoping:
  You’ll ensure that every design is well-scoped with clearly defined requirements. You’ll balance business value with user experience, making thoughtful trade-offs and clearly communicating your rationale to stakeholders. With a keen eye for good UI, you’ll create interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly.
• Design Process:
  For the projects you work on, you’ll own the entire design lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that our features are delivered with high quality.

• Team Alignment:
  You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and clarity around our roadmap, both in the short term and with a view to our future vision. You’ll drive alignment across the organisation and ensure accountability for the delivery of our next product iterations. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in evolving and maintaining our design systems, making sure that our design language remains coherent and effective as we scale.
